SummaryThe purpose of this study was to assess the prevalence of uterine synechiae among infertile females in our setting. This was a retrospective review of 250 patients who underwent hysterosalpingography using 76% Urografin as part of infertility work-ups at the University of Teaching Hospital between January 1996 and December 2000. A survey of Tinea capitis (TC) and Pityriasis versicolor (PV) was conducted among school children in Abakaliki, south eastern Nigeria using standard mycological techniques.
