To describe the pattern of eclampsia between 1995 and 2004 at the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto, northwestern Nigeria.A retrospective cohort of all deliveries and eclamptics seen from 1st January 1995 to 31st December 2004.
