This study examines the level of knowledge, attitude and practice in matters concerning sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) among secondary school students in Fako-District, Cameroon. The study investigated sex differences in attitudes toward marriage roles. Analysis indicated that the 50 men had a more traditional view of marriage roles than the 52 women. The men tended to be authoritarian while the women tended to have a more egalitarian attitude.
